Why I Do Art

Art will always be a form of communication. A form of expression and passion that words, themselves, cannot always express. They truthfully say, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder," and that is what I hope to do with my work. To show compassion for the world and to help others see the beauty in every aspect of life, and to cherish every moment, even those that have passed.

As you see now, I do primarily memorial portraits of people's pets that have crossed over "Rainbow Bridge."  As this is a very difficult time for most families, I relate it to the loss of a family member, as, I myself, lost my fur-baby to old age. I want to help encapsulate their pet in a way they can fondly reminisce about. I want to help ease the pain and help them through one of the hardest parts within their own path. To memorialize all of the good and joy that pet's life brought, and they truly never leave us. To enjoy and cherish each moment within our paths.
